A traditional pastry from Taiwan that's loved by the tourists and the locals in Taiwan but with a twist! It has a durian jam filling (traditionally pineapple) and a tart-like skin which crumples when you sink your teeth into it. The texture of the filling and the skin complements each other and makes it a good snack any time of the day.
